The 8th edition of HORECA was held last week in Palma. HORECA is the fair for restaurant and hotel professionals of the Balearic Islands.
We have had the pleasure of taking part in the fair on several occasions and this year was no exception.
Horeca Baleares 2025 attracted over 26000 professional visitors and showcased over 950 brands.
Our pita bread was once again presented to the professional public by renowned distributing company Etika, Sanchez Alimentación. We are very proud to be able to collaborate with Etika and are very grateful for their continued support. They are leaders in the distribution of food and beverages across the Balearic Islands. Visitors who approached their stand at the fair were able to see, touch and taste our pita bread and so consider it for their orders for the 2025 season.
For the first time this year our pita bread was also showcased at the Backwaren Gourmet stand. Backwaren Gourmet specialize in international Bakery and Pastry products and they ran several different show-cookings during the event. One such cooking demonstration featured our pita bread and showed visitors how to prepare a falafel in pita bread.
