We are often asked for tips and advice about how to use our pita bread.
We are always happy to oblige and today we are sharing our top four ways of using pita bread, with photos.
If you still have questions please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Open along the top, along the border.
This is a popular option for kebabs which are served with a fork. Diners can hold the pita with one hand and use a fork to eat its contents with the other.
Cut the top off.
If we do this the pita opens at the top and is less likely to split when we fill it. This is ideal for when we want to eat the pita with our hands.
Cut in half
When we cut the pita in half we have two halves to fill as we please. This is perfect when we want to serve the pita on a plate or to share it with someone.
Cut in triangles
If we cut the pita in half and then in half again, we are left with four triangles which are perfect for dipping or serving alongside a salad or soup.
