We have been developing it for months, you have been requesting it for ages and now it is finally here.
Our rustic pita bread is a thicker version of our original pita and contains a high percentage of water.
This higher hydration means that it is even more flexible than our original pita. You can fill it with sauces without worrying about it breaking. In fact, you can fill it with whatever you like, this bread is super strong and makes eating with your hands a whole new experience. Think juicy, delicious stuffed pita. You can let your creativity run riot and create signature pitas which will wow your customers.
It tastes great of course, but the flavour is subtle so that it doesn’t take away from your fillings or creations.
Of course we also have a wholemeal version – a slightly healthier version which is equally as delicious.
